Icy Hazelnut Chocotale Milk

this ice cold treat is nothing but good for you.  dates are the most nutrition rich sweeter, nuts are packed with nutrients and the raw cacao is one hell of a antioxidant bomb. hydrating, sweet, rich and healthy. yes please.


Ingredients:

  • 5 hazelnuts (I prefer oven-baked)
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 cup of soymilk or almondmilk
  • 2 tbsp of raw cacao
  • 3 fresh pitted dates (more if you like it sweeter)
  • pinch of pure vanilla
  • for serving: Ice cubes

Method:

Blend it all with a blender or hand blender until it's all combined. Serve with ice cubes and enjoy!
